Returns & Exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your experience shopping at bloomB. bloomB strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund (Online purchases only). Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping cost for returning items to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend that you email us because we believe that every customer have a different reason for their exchange/return. We are here to hear from you. For exchange to a different size, we charge only $5 for shipping back to you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items received

If an item is damaged or faulty, please inform us through email and we will replace or refund the faulty product and pay for return freight,  on receipt and evaluation of the products.
